Thank you for shopping with Simple Wave Studio! Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Downloads
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales on digital downloads are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued once a digital file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Physical Kits & Patterns
We accept returns on physical cross stitch kits and printed patterns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us before sending the item back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
