Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products Digital patterns and charts are delivered electronically via download link immediately after purchase. No shipping applies to digital orders.

2. Processing Time Physical orders (cross-stitch kits) are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

5. International Shipping We may ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination.

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

8. Incorrect Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
