3. Digital Downloads Digital products (charts and patterns) are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping Physical orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds Physical items may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
